Return/Warranty
We take pride in our products and your satisfaction is our top priority.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of the sale date for a full refund (minus shipping fee) if:
- Item is in resalable condition.
- Item is undamaged and in the same condition as delivered.
- Item is in its original box and/or packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Cases with protective film removed, damaged packaging, or missing contents.
- Other accessories removed from original packaging.
Return Process
- Email us at gadgetpanda2025@gmail.com
with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). - Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us via a trackable delivery method. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return has been processed.
Warranty Coverage
90-day limited warranty for defective products purchased from Gadget Panda.
- Covers defects in materials or workmanship.
Does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, accidents, mishandling, abuse, or abnormal use.
- Unauthorized repair or modification.
- Non-Gadget Panda products.
Warranty Remedies
- Repair the item with new/refurbished parts.
- Replace the item with a new/refurbished product.
Warranty Process

Ship product to Gadget Panda (customer pays shipping unless in Singapore and defect is covered).
Evaluation within 7–10 business days.
One-time replacement case is covered but has no warranty and is non-refundable.
Refurbished = product restored to original specifications.
